2. Neck braces, window nets (arm restraints) are mandatory for Sprints and I.M.C.A. Modifieds. They are strongly recommended for all other classes. 3. Fire resistant gloves and shoes are strongly recommended for all classes. 4. THESE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS BENEFIT YOU, SO PLEASE GIVE THEM SERIOUS CONSIDERATION. 2. NO rearview mirrors or electronic devices of any kind are Permitted. Violation of this rule will result in DQ or suspension from racing. 3. All open tube drive shafts must have a safety strap or chain And must be painted WHITE. Any added weight must be bolted to the car and must be painted White. 4. Cars must have a front and rear bumper at a reasonable Height for towing and pushing purposes. Cars must have a chain or steel loop device attached to front and rear of chassis for wrecker hook-up. NO EXCEPTIONS! 5. Cars should be painted in a professional manner with Numbers in contrasting colors on both sides and the roof of the car. Duplicate numbers are not allowed so you need to register your number with the track. Having your own number benefits you not us. 6. If needed cars must pack the track. If you are asked to pack Track and refuse you may be placed tailback for your heat and/or disqualified for the night. Track preparation benefits you. 2. If you are late of fail to draw, you will run tailback for your Heat race. If you wish to run tailback please notify draw official so line-ups can be posted properly. 3. If a car (or cars) fails to make the line-up, all cars will be moved straight forward in line. 4. The line-up official will call for each race to line-up TWICE and only TWICE. Failure to hear announcement is no excuse for being late to the line-up. If you are late you will be run tailback for that race. THERE IS NO DISCUSSION OF THIS MATTER! QUALIFYING 2. All race line-ups are posted on the pit board. It is your job to Know your position and when to line-up for your race. 3. Car count will determine the number of heat races: UP to 11 cars- 1 heat 12 to 20 cars- 2 heats 21 to 30 cars- 3 heats 31 to 40 cars- 4 heats 4. 20 cars start the "A" feature. 5. Races will be at 8:00 each night. 2. All races will start in turn 4, at the orange tire. Pole position Car shall set and maintain a reasonable pace prior to the start of the race. Upon reaching the orange tire, cars will be given the green flag to start the race. 3. Any car out of line or jumping the start will be placed Tailback and the race will be restarted. 4. Failure to start after 2 attempts will result in cars being placed in a single file line for the 3rd starting attempt. 5. All restarts will take place in single file at the cone on the Straight away. Cars must remain in single file order until the cone is passed. ANYONE WHO PASSES BEFORE THE CONE DRIVES UNDER THE CONE, OR RUNS OVER THE CONE IS DISQUALIFIED. THERE IS NO DISCUSSION ON THIS MATTER. 6. Each heat race will be 8 laps or 15 minutes in length. Features will be 20 laps or 30 minutes in length. If time limit expires, cars will be given the 2 lap to go signal and we will have a green-white-checker finish. We will attempt the g-w-c finish 3 times; if race is still not complete the race will be called and paid at this point. 7. All races must be completed with a green-white-checker Finish. The only exception would be calling a race due to an accident, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 8. Any car stopping on the track or involved in a wreck will be Placed at the rear following the caution. This eliminates all judgment calls and allows the same advantages and disadvantages for everyone. 9. Any car causing 2 caution periods during the race will be disqualified from the race. 10. WE WILL NOT RACE TO THE YELLOW! 11. All restart line-ups will be taken from the last fully Completed lap. There will be no discussion on this matter! 12. It is important for each driver to know and understand the meaning for each flag and signal. Green- start the race Yellow- caution on the speedway Red- stop immediately for dangerous situation Blue and yellow- You are being lapped avoid the racing groove. Black- You are Dqed. Go directly to the pits. Red/Yellow together- Complete 2 line restart Green flag pointed down- single file restart at cone Green/White together- 2 laps remaining White- 1 lap to go Checkered- race is over 13. You will be given 2 opportunities to get in line after each Caution. If you fail to comply with the line-up given you, you will be disqualified from the race. 14. During the races, there will be no discussion about line-ups! The tower is responsible for the line-up and that will Be followed. If you have any questions see the Flagman or pit steward after the races in the pits. 15. Any car 2 laps down will be disqualified from the race. 16. Any car smoking or dragging parts will be disqualified. 17. Any car stopping on the track to complain is Dqed! (All suspensions are up to the judgment of the ownership and management of Beebe Speedway and may be changed to improve the racing environment for all participants.) 2. The black flag is and will be used frequently in all classes. Rough driving and unsportsmanlike behavior are not tolerated! 3. If you are given the black flag you should drive directly to your pit area. Failure to do so can result in suspension. 4. If someone hits you, DO NOT RETALIATE! If you do you will be DQed or suspended. 5. Driver is responsible for pit crew and family members. You can be DQed or suspended for improper actions of these people. 6. Do not go to another drivers pit area. If you are in the wrong pit, YOU are at fault! 7. Fighting will result in an automatic suspension from the Beebe Speedway! 8. DO NOT APPROACH SCORING TOWER OR FLAGSTAND DURING THE RACES. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM SEE THE FLAGMAN OR PIT BOSS AT THE PITBOARD AFTER THE RACES. THANK YOU FOR COOPERATING ON THIS MATTER! 9. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are allowed in the pit area. Any violation can result in police being called and arrest being made. Please adhere to this policy for the benefit of the family racing atmosphere. 10. If you have any problem during the night, come to the pit board immediately after the races and the flagman and pit boss will be there to answer any questions or solve any problems. 2. HEATS 1.10 pts. 2. 8 pts. 3. 6 pts. 4. 4 pts. 5. 2 pts. Attn: Drivers- You will receive your pay at the pit concession after the races. YOU are responsible to pick up your pay!!!!! Stubs/pit passes may be used the NEXT RACING NIGHT! II. If the races are rained out after the completion of the Heat races, There will be NO RAINCHECKS! However, the Following Friday night we will run a regular racing Program for all classes. In every class that did not Complete their feature due to rain, we will pay a 80% Purse increase for the feature. YOU MUST RACE BOTH NIGHTS TO RECEIVE THE PURSE INCREASE. III.
