2006 Modified Building Rules Beebe Speedway uses all I.M.C.A. Rules for racing with the following exceptions: Beebe Speedway will not be an IMCA sanctioned track for the 2006 season. Line up will be as per other classes. Motor calim $1000.00 and swap. DRIVER CLAIMING MUST HAVE RAN 2 PREVIOUS FEATURE EVENTS. It is your responsibility to go by the IMCA rules when building your IMCA Modified car for the 2006 racing season at Beebe Speedway.
