Due to the issue with traction control we will have a $300.00 claimer on the Distributor and or the MSD box in the Street Stock class and the IMCA class. We have contacted the IMCA sanctioning body and got clearance to do this for IMCA sanctioned races 1. Any American made production car or truck with a minimum wheelbase of 101 inches. Wheelbase must remain stock for chassis used. Stock passenger car frames only. Front spindles to rear end housing on all chassis must be stock OEM frames. Unibody cars may be tied together with square tubing. On open interior cars, floor pans must extend to rear end yoke with a full front and rear firewall maybe fabricated. On enclosed interior cars must have a floor pan under the drivers compartment maybe fabricated. All cars must have driveshaft loop or chain. Minimum of 3 kidney bars in the drivers side door. 3 1/4" bars in front of driver's window are mandatory. 2. Roll bars required. No screw joint fittings allowed. The minimum requirement for all roll bars shall be an "A" shaped affair, constructed of at least 1 1/2" OD pipe with bars running from upper right corner to lower left corner and the opposite from the other side of car, forming an "X" as viewed from front to rear. There must also be a cross bar on top of "A" and 4 bars down the side and 4 bars around the top to complete a caged affair around the driver. All roll bar pipes must be at least .095 inches thick and must have an additional support extending from rear upright to rear position of frame. No concrete reinforcement steel may be used. Gussets are required at all door bar welds. Must have front nose piece and rear enclosed except where lights go. Must have factory stock deck lid. 3. Stock appearing OEM factory production bodies only. Rubber nose pieces allowed. Interior may be enclosed. Must be stock Detroit production Olds, Buick, Pontiac, Chevy, Ford, AMC appearing bodies. MUST MEET TECH STANDARDS, NOT YOURS. Front of roof may be dropped 2 inches from stock height. Rear of roof must be in stock location. Cars cannot be altered in size. Front and rear firewalls mandatory. Must have floor pan, may be fabricated. Rear spoiler must not exceed 8" in height. Three forward braces, may not exceed 12" long. Tail pieces recommended. Sheet metal or aluminum doors and fenders allowed. Side skirts allowed. 4. All cars must be equipped with racing safety-approved seat belts chained or bolted to the frame or sub-frame. No passenger car belts allowed. Drivers seat and steering must be in stock location. Seat must pass safety inspection. Racing seat is strongly recommended. Shoulder harness is mandatory. Doors must be welded or bolted shut. 1/8" thick doorplate is mandatory. 5. All glass, trim, mirrors, handles, etc must be removed. Gas tank must be moved into the trunk area and safely mounted. Must have a fire shield between the gas tank and driver compartment. 6. Must have a stock appearing front and rear bumper. Rub rails allowed. Bar must be no larger than 1 1/2" pipe. Must not extend outside of body more than 2". Tubular front and rear bumpers recommended. All cars must remain stock appearing. Quick steer boxes allowed. Must have chain loop in front and rear for wreckers to hook to. Must be painted white. 7. WEIGHT: 3200 lb. after race with driver. Top 5 cars will weigh after heat races and mains. CUBIC INCH MAXIMUM LIMITS (INCLUDES CLEARANCE AND WEAR)GM - 364 FORDS - 364 CHRYSLER - 370 2. Stock production or mass-produced cast iron aftermarket heads only. Factory part number must be readable by tech official. On GM, Ford or Mopar maximum valve size allowed 2.05 - 1.62. AMC must be stock valve size. No exceptions. Angle or straight plug heads allowed no aluminum heads. No exceptions. Stud girdles - guide plates - roller rockers are allowed. Aftermarket valves and springs allowed. Must be steel valves only. Porting of heads allowed. No nitrous oxide allowed.No alcohol allowed. Gas or racing fuel only. There is a $200 tear down rule on pistons cams, lifters, valve size or drive train. Must have cash to the tech official at the tech area (scales) immediately after feature is over. $25 of tear down money goes to driver point fund. Engine setback will be allowed to centerline of the upper ball joint to the center of the #1 spark plug hole. 3. ENGINE CLAIM: $550.00 cash and swap. $50.00 goes to wrecker for pulling engine. Driver claiming must have raced at Beebe Speedway in the Street Stock class the 3 previous feature events. LONG BLOCK ONLY. Must be in the top 10 in points to claim a motor. Top 4 feature positions are subject to engine claim by any driver finishing at least 10th and on the lead lap. Driver is the only one allowed to claim. Driver making claim must drive his race car to the tech area (scales) immediately after the race. Only the driver is allowed in claiming area. ANYONE OTHER THAN DRIVER IN THE CLAIM AREA AND YOU LOOSE YOUR RIGHT TO CLAIM. Claims must be made within 5 minutes after the feature race is over. Promoter may claim any engine as long as claim is made within 5 minutes after the feature race is over. No driver may claim more than 1 engine during race season. Claimed engine will be marked and must be run the following race night. If you refuse to swap, or refuse the tear down rule, you will lose all money won that night and all accumulated points. Second refusal will result in being suspended for 3 weeks. If "marked" engine is not run the following race night you will be banned the rest of the season. 2. Any American made stock production rear end allowed. Ford 9 inch or Grand National rear ends strongly recommended. No quick change devices allowed. Goldtracks or spools in rear ends OK. Aluminum drive shafts allowed. 3. No direct drive allowed. Mini-clutches allowed. Triple disc's OK. Must have blow proof bell housing. 2. Rear suspensions: Stock lower OEM control arms. No alterations allowed. Bushings may be replaced. Weight jack bolts allowed. Rear shocks can be remounted inward. No torque absorbing devices. Solid upper arms or heim joints allowed Upper arms and brackets maybe relocated. Adjustable pan hard bar on coil spring cars only. Stock lower "A" frames must mount in factory OEM location. Racing shocks may be relocated. Racing springs allowed. 3. Front suspensions: Stock front lower "A" frames. No alterations. Must mount in stock location. Upper A frames may be moved for caster-camber changes. Tubular upper "A" frames allowed. Front shocks may be moved for jack bolts. All strut mount cars must use struts that bolt in stock position. No alterations to mounts. Aftermarket racing shocks allowed. Racing springs allowed. Adjustable tie rods allowed. THOSE ITEMS NOT ADDRESSED IN THE FOLLOWING MUST REMAIN STOCK AS PRODUCED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER MUST HAVE 360 DEGREE EXPLOSION-PROOF BELL HOUSING 1. Any year model American made car. No front wheel drives allowed. Wheelbase must be factory stock. Minimum wheelbase is 101". No tolerance. No subcompact cars. Rack and pinion cars must be factory stock parts only. If chassis is altered or steering parts are not stock and in stock location - it's not legal! All unibody cars must be tied together. Must have a complete stock factory floor pan and firewall. Seats must be in stock location. 2. Complete stock bodies and frame for that year model. Stock floorboards, rear fender wells and firewalls. Body must look factory stock, may use sheet metal on doors and fenders. Stock bumpers recommended. Must have tow loops front and rear tail piece must be covered. Spoilers must not exceed 6 inches.2 braces allowed, one at each end and cannot exceed 6"in length.Spoiler must not be wider than trunk lid. 3. All weight must be added in the form of roll bars or solid weights bolted securely to the frame. No tie straps, duct tape or wire used to hold down weights. 4. All doors must be secured to body. Must have stock appearing hoods and trunks. Must have 3 bars in front of driver's window. All cars must have front dash in stock location. May be sheet metal only. Rear firewall may extend from bottom of rear window to bottom of roll cage. Holes in firewall must be covered with metal or aluminum. NO ENCLOSED INTERIORS. 1/8" thick doorplate is mandatory. 5. All glass must be removed, including head and taillights. 6. Gages may be removed. All flammable interior (carpet, headliner, interior side panel, rear seats, etc.) must be removed. Racing seat strongly recommended. Wiring harness may be removed and replaced. Shoulder harness is mandatory. All cars must be equipped with racing safety-approved seat belts chained or bolted to the frame. No standard auto safety belts allowed. Neck brace and window net (or arm restraints) are mandatory. 7. Hood and trunk may be chained or pinned down. Stock steel hoods or fiberglass hoods. 8. Quick release steering wheel is optional. Quick steer boxes OK. Steering remains in stock position. 9. Front fender wells may be unbolted and removed. Fender may be trimmed for tire clearance. Must have complete rear fender wheels. Stock bumper on the front and rear of car. Eight or ten inch wheels allowed. 10. May use rub rails flush with the car body. No larger than 1 1/2" pipe. 11. WEIGHT: 3400 lb. after race with driver. The top 5 cars will weigh after the heat races and mains. ENGINE MUST HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE IN THIS VEHICLE. (YEAR MAY BE INTERCHANGED) 2. INTAKES: Any production cast iron intake or bow tie cast iron intake. No porting of the heads or gasket matching of intake or heads. Carb spacer no taller than 1 1/2 inch allowed. Intake may be reworked under carb area. CARBURETORS: 4412 Holley 2 barrel or stock factory carbs. 2-barrel only. Bottom throttle plate hole 1 11/16 inch. Top 1 3/8 inch. Factory style HEI distributors. No remote coils on GM distributors. No onboard electronic devices allowed. Tachometers only. 3. Hydraulic camshafts only. NO flat tappet cams or mushroom cams. No roller hydraulic cams. Engines must not pull less than 14" of vacuum at 1000 RPM's. All cars will be checked in tech. Zero valve lash is required. 4. Heads must be stock OEM production only. No aftermarket heads. Casting number must be readable by tech official. 2.02 - 1.60 valves in GM is the largest size allowed. No aluminum heads or angle plug heads. Aftermarket valve springs OK. Stock OEM rocker arms only. Screw in studs allowed. 5. Headers or manifold allowed. 6. Factory stock automatics or standard transmissions. Must use factory stock OEM clutch disc and pressure plates on stock steel OEM flywheels only. 26lb. flywheel limit!! NO EXCEPTIONS. Stock type factory torque converters required on all automatics. NO mini clutches or aluminum flywheels. NO aftermarket flywheels. If you run a standard transmission, you cannot use lightweight flywheels. 7. There is a $175.00 tear down rule on pistons, cams, lifters, rockers and porting heads and intake or driveline. Driver only may protest. $25.00 of the money goes into the driver's point fund. 8. Fuel cells recommended. 22 U.S. gallon maximum capacity. Must be centered. Must have 10" ground clearance. Gas tanks/cells must be securely installed (metal 1" straps, bars, etc.) Pump, racing or aviation gas only. 2. Steel racing wheels only. Maximum width is 10". Bead lock's. allowed right side only. NO plastic or aluminum wheels. 1" lug nuts recommended. 1" offset maximum wheels allowed. 3. Stock springs on front and rear. Springs may be altered on the front. Cheater jacks and rear spring spacers allowed. No screw type weight jacks. Rear disc brakes allowed. 4. Shocks must mount in stock location. Stock mounting racing shocks allowed. Must have 3 or 4 wheel brakes. NO brake adjuster allowed inside driver's area within reach of driver. Rear suspensions must mount up factory stock. NO alterations. All control arms must mount up in stock positions. NO aftermarket control arms. Any stock American made car or 1/2 ton truck rear ends allowed. All cars must remain on stock suspension for the car that it is under. NO gold tracs or any form of traction device allowed. All rear ends must be locked. If you win the Hobby Stock track championship, you must move up. If you have won a track championship in the last 5 years, you may not run this class. If you win more than 6 features in a year, you will have to move up the following year. 2. Doors may gutted to add door bars. 3. FULL STOCK floor pan back past the rear end. 4. FULL STOCK fire wall in stock location. 5. ALL body panels must be stock. 6. Nose can be plastic or aluminum. 7. NO bars outside the body. 8. NO wings of any kind. 9. NO spoilers, unless they came out stock on the car. 10. NO changing of the frame from 0" in front of the A frame to back of the rear spring. 11. You MUST have a shield to COMPLETELY separate the driver from the radiator. 12. Gas tank MUST be in a steel container in the trunk of the car. (Fuel cell recommended.) 13. Battery MUST be in the rear of the car separated from the driver and COMPLETELY SECURED. 14. Door must be welded or bolted shut. 15. MOTOR - NO TURBOs. If it's not stock it's not legal. No 4 wheel drives or engines in the rear. 16. TRANSMISSIONS - Factory stock automatic or standard. Stock factory torque converters. NO triple disk or mini clutches. 17. NO HEADERS - Factory exhaust only. 18. Wheelbase must be factory stock. 19. TIRES - NO tires larger than 205-70-15 street tires. IMCA tires allowed - grooving O.K. 20. SPRINGS - Must be stock springs. NO AFTER MARKET SPRINGS, ON FRONT & REAR. 21. SHOCKS - Must be stock. NO racing shocks. 22. MUST HAVE RACING SEAT & SEAT BELTS. 23. $150.00 engine or drive train protest(PROTEST not engine claim). 24. Mufflers optional. 25. If you win the Mini Stock track championship, you must move up. If you have won a track championship in the last 5 years, you may not run this class.
